Some pets are exotic...others have exotic personalities! We have a passion for both!

         Dr. Pilar Fish originally opened Oklahoma Exotic Pet Clinic in Guthrie, OK in 1998 to meet the growing needs of people with exotic pets throughout the midwest.  While remaining as a consultant, she has since moved to Pennsylvania to become the Director of Veterinary Medicine at the National Aviary, working with over 800 rare birds.

                             The National Aviary is the largest bird "zoo" in the US.  The aviary is involved in many conservation projects, including a recent project that sent Dr. Fish to Mexico to work with wild flamingos.  The popular cable network, Animal Planet, recently filmed Dr. Fish working with her bird patients at the National Aviary.  This segment first aired on Animal Report, March 22, 2006 and will be reaired throughout the Spring.
